Website maintenance / Hire a website maintenance service
How I can help: hiring maintenance with clear terms.
If you need hire a website maintenance service, you can count on me to deliver the work. You want an ongoing service with agreed tasks, limits and response times. I start by understanding your situation and discussing this question with you: what counts as maintenance and what is additional development?
I review your WordPress site, update its components and resolve issues covered by the service. I can also make content changes. Before intervening, I prepare backups and afterwards check forms and important website functions.
I connect this solution with my service for website maintenance. You can commission this project or a wider collaboration. I will explain what I can undertake and where I recommend starting.
HOW I CAN HELP YOU
Initial review
I review what you already have, what you need to achieve and what we should retain. I explain the priorities and suggest where to start with your project.
Coverage definition
I organise the session and handle the agreed framing, lighting and sound. I capture useful material for the planned pieces and adapt the shoot to the time and space available.
Ongoing support proposal
I review measurable signals with you, such as enquiries, contacts or purchases. I use that information to adjust priorities and decide what to work on next.
How you and I will work together.
Tell me your goals and what is ready. I propose work focused on hiring maintenance with clear terms, setting out deliverables, timings and fees for you to assess.
I review the installation and prepare a way to roll back before making changes. I work in stages and check the functions your business needs: contact, editing, navigation or purchasing.
I explain what I have fixed and what needs monitoring. You have a well-maintained website and clear guidance for addressing issues or improvements as they arise.
