Useful automation starts with a real task.
I start with the time-consuming process: organising requests, drafting, classifying information or moving data between tools. We define what can be automated and which decisions remain with a person.
AI can help with certain steps but cannot make a poorly defined process reliable. We use examples, review rules and limits. Tools are selected for compatibility, costs and required data handling.

The first phase uses a limited process and reviewable examples. We test incomplete data, duplicates and connection failures. An automated action needs a way to stop or escalate when rules are not met.
We can connect automation with contact management in the CRM. Medical centre projects must explicitly define data and permissions; patient data is not entered into tools without the centre's review and authorisation.
