We review the organiser's required duration, file format, resolution, languages and deadline. If the piece includes surgery, filming is coordinated with the centre and the necessary permissions.

We plan backwards from delivery: medical review, adjustments, first edit and filming. Event specifications and existing material are needed before confirming the quote.
