Coverage needs priorities: recording a full talk, producing highlights or interviewing participants. Each requires different camera positions, audio and time.
I work with the programme and organisers to plan unrepeatable moments. Pieces are prepared with intended uses and permissions, avoiding improvised decisions during the event.

We review access, lighting and audio outputs with organisers. For simultaneous activities, the quote defines coverage and equipment. We also agree delivery priorities.
I edit highlights around a message, beyond atmosphere shots. For a healthcare event, we can prepare dedicated medical conference production. Urgent delivery is assessed against duration, review and availability.
