Video production / Edit a conference presentation video
How I can help: editing a conference presentation.
If you need edit a video presentation for a conference, you can count on me to deliver the work. Existing material needs to meet the requirements for a scientific presentation. I start by understanding your situation and discussing this question with you: what duration, resolution and language does the organiser require?
I help bring an idea to the screen: I prepare the script and session, record picture and sound and edit the agreed pieces. I tailor production to the video's use, whether for a website, campaign, interview or social media.
I connect this solution with my service for video production. You can commission this project or a wider collaboration. I will explain what I can undertake and where I recommend starting.
HOW I CAN HELP YOU
Raw footage review
I review what you already have, what you need to achieve and what we should retain. I explain the priorities and suggest where to start with your project.
Editing script
I prepare the ideas, questions and sequence with you. You enter production with a clear message and the content you need to explain.
Conference export
I select and organise the material, edit it and prepare the finish and delivery formats. We review the pieces to make sure the message is clear and suits its publishing channel.
How you and I will work together.
Tell me your goals and what is ready. I propose work focused on editing a conference presentation, setting out deliverables, timings and fees for you to assess.
I prepare communication and production with you and adapt sessions to the centre's schedule. Your team validates clinical explanations before publication; we also coordinate permissions and the images that may be used.
I keep you informed about content and deliverables. You can focus on your work while I handle the marketing or production we have agreed.
